Shannon Murphy

Born and raised in Maryland, first growing up in Prince George’s County, and then living in Charles and now Anne Arundel County, Shannon joined the Jacobs Group in 2018 after being in real estate for over 12 years part-time, coming to us from the accounting world. Her level-headedness and adeptness serve her well, especially while working under pressure and the deadlines real estate transactions pose. Shannon has a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Business Management, which she uses while helping support and manage the efforts of the team. Everything Shannon does, she engrosses herself in. You can count on her being 100% dedicated to your home goals, whether you’re purchasing a $100K home or a $1M home—she treats each client with the same amount of respect, enthusiasm, and due diligence. On the weekends when she’s not showing houses or working with clients, you can find Shannon gardening, reading a good book, or spending time with family and friends. She enjoys volunteering for Christmas Angels with Social Services as well as with Special Olympics. “Can’t is not an option.”
