Curiosity about the process is what ignited Bridgette’s interest in real estate. A homeowner at 19, she fell in love with touring homes, new areas, and finding “the one.” Getting into the realty business after the market crash around 2008, she saw working tooth and nail to overcome obstacles of the time as a challenge and has only gained momentum as her experience and expertise have grown. Bridgette’s original intent was to work part-time as she felt she couldn’t leave the security of her career in hospitality, a salaried management position with great benefits, but within a year—and being recognized as Rookie of the Year by Long & Foster Brokerage—she realized she was a natural and took the leap of faith into real estate full-time. Growing up all over Anne Arundel County and buying her first home in Queen Anne’s County, Bridgette considers herself a resourceful workaholic and passionate about her craft and her clients—you’ll often find her on the weekends showing homes, preparing offers, and meeting with homeowners looking to sell, but if she does have time to herself she likes to enjoy dinner with her husband and a quiet night, taking in the sounds of the outdoors, a fire, and good conversation.
